1. Call 218.879.1755 to schedule a free in-office pick-up (or) 2. Download our printable Postage Paid Business Reply Label and ship in your own box. (or) 3. Complete Mailing Packages are available by calling Hayes Duluth and waiting for 1-3 days for mailers to arrive.
+ How long will it take for my product order to ship?
We appreciate your business and will make every attempt to fill your order exactly as requested. Most items are shipped out the same or next day. On occasion, we may be out of a particular item which may delay your order by a day. We will always contact you to explain the situation. All out of stock items are shipped out the same day that they have been received by us.
+ How long will it take for my repair to be completed?
As a general rule, we strive to have all repairs completed and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt. Some orders may take longer based on complexity of repair or if your handpiece needs an out of stock part. All parts are shipped to Hayes via FedEx to minimize any delay in repair. A Hayes technician may contact you and inform you of any non-normal delays.

Absolutely. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST . During these hours, we welcome your calls to us regarding any technical or related questions that you may have. One of our technicians will gladly talk you through any problem or problems that you may be experiencing with your handpiece.

Sales tax is applied only to orders that are shipped within the state of Minnesota.

Most inbound and outbound shipping will be done via USPS. All inbound shipping is paid by Hayes. Outbound shipping will be charged to you at a nominal rate. Call us to arrange alternate shipping methods.
+ How long is my warranty and what does it cover?
New items sold carry the full manufacturer warranty. The warranty varies by item and manufacturer. Warranty information is available in every product listing. Each warranty period begins at the date of purchase and ends the number of calendar days of each warranty period. All warranty claims will be void due to neglect, lack of maintenance, and/or improper handling. Repaired items are warranted for workmanship and against manufacturers defects on parts as follows:

+ How may I pay for my purchase or repair?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Checks via phone or mail.
+ Will you call me with an estimate?
In order to save time, please indicate which service you wish to receive on your order form. If we are unable to complete this service or if it will substantially cost more to repair the handpiece, then we will notify you. Also, if you specifically request an estimate, we will call you. In most cases, estimates are free
+ What do I do if I have a warranty claim?
Simply call us for a pick up or send your handpiece in using our prepaid shipping label. We do the rest. All handpiece warranties are tracked accurately by serial number at Hayes Handpiece Duluth. Once we process and inspect your handpiece we may call you if we need any further information. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your warranty claim if you have it.
+ What if my package gets lost in transit?
Hayes Handpiece Duluth does offer free pick up and shipping on all inbound packages. However, you are certainly not obligated to use this shipping service. Hayes Handpiece Duluth is not liable for the loss of inbound packages due to any circumstance. However, if for some reason your package is lost in transit then we will make every possible attempt to track down your package or find you a comparable replacement. Hayes Handpiece Duluth does insure delivery, tracks shipments and assumes responsibility for all lost orders from here to you.
+ What is your return policy?
You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from Hayes Handpiece Duluth. Items returned for credit or exchange must be unused and in original packaging. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or the items will be promptly returned. You may request a product credit or refund. If you have received the wrong merchandise due to an error on our part then we will send a pick-up order and have the problem corrected right away at no charge to you. If you have incorrectly ordered from us, then you will only be charged for the shipping.
